Mongo's Premium Copper Foil

After 4 years of dealing with shortages, we've decided it's was time make a copper foil to our expectations. Mongo's Premium Select Copper Foil is that brand.  Manufactured for & Distributed by Mongo's... sold only at Mongo's Art Glassville. Premium Select will offer all three backings, Black, Silver & Copper. The new wrinkle is we will offer our standard 1.25 mil (thickness/gauge) and the 1.5 mil foil that has been discontinued by all other manufactures.

Why does gauge matter? The heavier the gauge the stronger your project. It's that simple. This Copper Foil will not tear like tissue paper... Copper Foil is the bones of your work, do good bones. Most companies only offer 1.0 mil... at 1.5 we are 50% stronger. Some imports aren't even .75 mil... horrible stuff!

Copper Back:  All opalescent projects. When used with clear, non-opalescent glass copper patina should be used.

Black Back: When used with clear non-opalescent glass black patina should be used.

Silver Back:  When used with clear non-opalescent glass no patina is required.
