If you prefer, add the border pieces for an even, more regular, bottom edge.  This lamp is a composite reproduction of an original Cobweb Tiffany lamp as pictured in "The Lamps of Tiffany Studios" by Williams Feldstein, Jr. and Alastair Duncan.
